Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website ebteams.com, the EBteam mobile application, or any services provided by EBteam Global Inc. (“EBteam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Eligibility

To use EBteam, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration and Security

• Registration: You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Notification: You must immediately notify EBteam of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Description of Services

EBteam provides a technology platform that facilitates financial services, including but not limited to:

• Digital wallets and peer-to-peer transfers.

• Virtual card issuance.

• Migration & visa services

• US business set-up

• Migration-related financial services (e.g., visa fee payments, tuition payments).

Note: EBteam is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by our licensed banking partners.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use EBteam for any unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law.

• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the platform.

• Using the service for high-risk businesses, such as gambling or unlicensed money transmission.

5. Fees and Payments

• Service Fees: EBteam may charge fees for certain transactions. All fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.

• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your transactions.

• Refunds: Refund policies vary by service. Generally, completed blockchain or cross-border transactions are irreversible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the EBteam platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of EBteam or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBteam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EBteam in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Termination

EBteam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for regulatory compliance reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
